RECIPE – Chef Jenny’s Banana Smoothie, Featuring Karuna’s Empower

  • 1 cup KARUNA’S Empower
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup berries
  • ¼ vanilla bean
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup granola


  1. In a highspeed blender, process together Empower, banana, berries, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and ice.
  2. Plate and top with coconut flakes, granola, and mint.
