RECIPE – Plant-Based Green Goddess Salad-in-a-Jar, feat Karuna’s Avo-Keto

For the Dressing

  • 1 bottle KARUNA’S AVO-KETO
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

For the Salad

  • ½ cup chickpeas, cooked
  • ½ cup red quinoa, cooked
  • ½ cup brussels sprouts, shredded
  • ½ cup sugar snap peas
  • ½ cup kale


  1. In a high-speed blender, process all the ingredients for the dressing until smooth. Divide the dressing between two 16 oz jars.
  2. Layer on chickpeas, quinoa, brussels sprouts, sugar snap peas, and kale. Store in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
