Prebiotic Protein Smoothie

I used a @mykaruna prebiotic fibre and protein smoothie and just added some frozen banana and zucchini and a little cacao powder and it was good to go.
Oh and obviously had to top with @georgiagrinders almond butter and @purely_elizabeth walnut probiotic granola (no explanations needed there)  But let’s get back to this Prebiotic smoothie. Did you know the prebiotics are a specialized plant fiber that beneficially nourishes the good bacteria already in the large bowel or colon. While probiotics introduce good bacteria into the gut, PREbiotics act as a fertilizer for the good bacteria that’s already there. So in summary prebiotics are just as beneficial as probiotics and they’re both needed for healthy gut flora. @mykaruna is a new brand and available in select wholefoods, if you want to learn more info about the benefits of their wide drink selection go check em out and show them some love.
